Complaint

Here you can find a short illustrated description on how to lodge a complaint in 6 easy steps.

1. Sign in.

To track your order, you have to log on to your account. For this, please select "Sign in" and enter your customer information.

2. Click on "My Account".

Please select "My account" in the menu to go to your acccount.

3. Go to your order.

In your account, you can see your data als well as past and current orders.

4. Click on "Complaint".

Please use our complaint assistant in order to make a complaint. Click on the button "Complaint" in your account under "Your orders". Complaints cannot be processed by telephone for reasons of documentation.

5. Select a category.

Specify the reason for your complaint by using the category selection. An exact description of the damage/defaults of your order will ensure a fast processing.

6. Specify your complaint.

An exact description as well as sufficient illustrations help us to judge competent the defaults/damages complained and serve as proof for you. Your information will then be sent to us and processed immediately.
